Our 2200 square foot bungalow is yours for the duration of your event. You can customize our fully furnished space however you see fit, whether you want to set up a buffet table, food stations or a more formal, seated meal.

Our miniature “secret garden” is perfect for cocktail hour, photos, a picturesque brunch, or breakout sessions.

Hire your caterer of choice or bring your own food and beverages. 

room for up to 40 people

We can comfortably accommodate up to 40 people inside (partial seating).

Our adorable farmhouse-style folding tables and chairs are included in your rental fee.  We also have lovely lounge areas to relax!

We have China, glassware, champagne flutes, flat ware, serving ware, beverage dispensers, charcuterie boards, display stands, champagne silver buckets and more available so you can raise a glass in style (view here - surcharge fee applies).


rental fees

3-hour event minimum (plus 2 hour of setup and 1 hour for gathering items and departing) Total 6 hours | $1100 + cleaning fee. Please note weddings, vow renewals and ceremonies will be priced accordingly. Contact us for more info.

China and glassware" consists of anything in our kitchen: China, glassware, champagne flute, flat ware, serving ware, beverage dispensers, charcuterie boards, display stands, champagne silver buckets etc.

This add-on even includes cleaning , so you can just leave it there when you're all done!
