Created by a photographer, for fellow photographers and creatives, Tierney Lane is THE most picturesque place to take stunning pictures, whether it’s for your own brand or your client’s.
We know that a studio space with the right light and amenities can be expensive and hard to find. We wanted to create a space that photographers could use to wow their clients, without having to invest half of their revenue and profits into renting a dedicated studio. Whether you’re looking for a dedicated space with natural light to shoot boudoir, minis, family, newborn or maternity photos, our historic bungalow located in the heart of downtown Bradenton is the perfect place to make your clients feel at ease, while helping you deliver stunning photos or videos.
Your Tierney Lane rental package includes:
6 unique rooms
Our entire 2200 square foot bungalow is yours for the duration of your shoot. Weekday rentals include photography shoots, co-working (up to 6 individuals), office meetings or lunches and video shoots. Events with more than 15 people, please inquire with us directly.With six unique rooms, each with their own unique theme and decor, you can create weeks (or months!) worth of content in just a few hours. Note: Access to the The Havana Room is based on availability. If you want to use this room, please make sure it’s available on the dates and times you select below.
Props & backdrops
Because our owner is a fellow photographer, you better believe she has backdrops and props galore. Feel free to bring your own and borrow ours.
commercial kitchen
Our kitchen is your kitchen. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks (check availability below). Note: Access is based on availability. If you want to use this room, please make sure it’s available on the dates and times you select below.
OUTDOOR courtyard
Our miniature “secret garden” is perfect for portraits, group shots, or lunch breaks.

tableware and glassware
We have china, glassware and a mimosa set available that you can use as props for your photoshoots OR to raise a glass to you and your amazing clients and collaborators (surcharge fee applies).
