Our historic 1924 bungalow provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of room for games, gifts, photos, and making memories before your little one arrives. Whether you're planning a classic baby shower, a modern gender reveal, or a cozy gathering with your closest loved ones, Tierney Lane is the perfect place to celebrate this special season of life.
Your Tierney Lane rental package includes:
6 unique rooms
Our entire 2200 square foot bungalow is yours for the duration of your rental. Weekday rentals include photography shoots, co-working (up to 6 individuals), office meetings or lunches and video shoots. Events with more than 15 people, please inquire with us directly. With six unique rooms, each with their own unique theme and decor, you can create weeks (or months!) worth of content in just a few hours.

Our miniature “secret garden” is perfect for cocktail hour, photos, or a picturesque outdoor brunch.
Room for Up to 40 People
We can comfortably accommodate up to 45 people inside (partial seating).

Hi, I'm Rana. A senior portrait and lifestyle photographer who was crazy (or brilliant!) enough to buy a historic bungalow in my hometown of Bradenton and turn it into the kind of soft, light-filled space I always wished existed for baby showers and small celebrations.
As a photographer, I've spent years watching families gather to celebrate a baby on the way, and I always wished there were a warmer, more personal alternative to a rented banquet hall. This bungalow is that space. Whether you're hosting an intimate baby shower for 15 or a larger celebration for 60, I'm honored to help you welcome this next chapter here.
